How We Work
One of the things that makes us different is that we can manage the entire project from beginning to end. If you want to extend your home but don’t know how or where, we can help. We can visit your property, take measurements, discuss your options and draw up a contract.
All work we do is covered by a clear, concise contract to protect you as a client and us as a contractor.
We then engage a local architect to draw up plans.
Once permissions and the plans are in place, we can schedule the works and commence the build.
Contracts and Payments
Every extension project we undertake is covered by a legally binding contract. This protects everybody concerned and helps build an atmosphere of trust between us and you.
We also use staged payments to help manage costs and project progress. A payment schedule is produced once a contract has been raised.
We find this stage payment method ideal for extensions as it allows you to retain control and manage costs. It also allows us to buy materials as and when we need them.
