Working with us is simple. Call us on the number at the top of the page, or use our contact form. We will visit, discuss your needs and provide a quotation.
If agreed, we will draw up a contract, a schedule of works and a staged payment agreement. We will begin work on the agreed date and finish as near to the agreed completion date as humanly possible.
If your project needs architect drawings, planning permission or sign off from Building Inspectors, we handle that too.
We can provide drawings, specifications, certifications and everything you need. We work with very experienced architects and local trades, and have a good working relationship with the Council. Everything we need to get the job done!
During our time on your property, we will treat it and your family with respect, perform our work as safely and with as little disruption as possible.
Once complete, we will clear up after ourselves too!
